Job Responsibilities
Assists the Reservations Manager in administering reservations functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Position works with reservation manager and associates to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and associate satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department. To co-ordinate with the other departments which would lead to service of the highest quality for the guest.
Job Requirements
Responsible for soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related opportunities. Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Opera System
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Achieves personal and team related revenue goals.
