This Researcher will be part of the APSL - Associate Partner Search Leads team, responsible for recruiting Associate Partner-level professionals for IBM Consulting in the Americas.

**Your role and responsibilities**

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting experience, strategy, and execution for experienced professional candidates and hiring managers. You will leverage innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing, while partnering with the business to establish and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor.
