About the Position:

This is a full-time support staff Bargaining Unit position working 35 hours per week at an hourly rate of $43.61

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Lab Manager and taking direction and guidance from research centre Coordinators/Managers and working closely with the research teams, the candidate will function as a lead researcher working on different research projects in computer science and engineering including software development, web development, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, machine learning and other data related technologies. These will be in close collaboration with other research staff, including research students, industry partners and Research and Innovation Office staff where the Research Scientist will be responsible for execution of the projects.
