About the Role
QpiVolta

Battery Scientist – Sodium-Ion
to drive the development of
next-generation high-energy, long-life sodium-ion batteries .
This role focuses on
cathode innovation (oxide / hybrid systems), electrode engineering, and cell integration (coin to pouch)
with a strong emphasis on
scaling lab breakthroughs into manufacturable solutions .
You will work at the intersection of
materials science, electrochemistry, and process engineering , contributing directly to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Electrode & Electrolyte Development
Design and optimize
high-energy sodium-ion cathodes (oxide / hybrid systems)
Develop stable
electrode–electrolyte interfaces (SEI/CEI)
for long cycle life
Cell Development
