About the Role
**Job Purpose and Impact**
Research and Development Supervisor will support raw meat product and process development activities to improve quality, cost efficiency, and meet customer needs. Work closely with R&D and Operations teams under guidance from direct report and expert team.
**Key Accountabilities**
**Raw meat Development (60%)**
+ Create and design raw meat cutting to meet customer requirement
+ Assist in process improvement projects in the plant to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
+ Conduct trials and support development of raw meat products according to assigned plans.
+ Prepare progress reports and assist in managing project budgets.
**Customer Partnership (30%)**
+ Support customer-focused innovation projects under supervision.
+ Help build a pipeline of new product ideas aligned with business opportunities.
