Research and Development Associate

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Receives and attends to requests for raw materials or process development from the

management, purchasing department, immediate superior and/or other internal

department.

* Keep Internal Development tracker updated.

* Initiate the JO no. creation process of the R&D Development by preparing the JO

Request, coordinating with the signatories and JO Maker.

* Review and coordinate the JO Specs with the JO Maker and signatories for the final

steps of JO no. creation.

* Coordinate with purchasing, the management, R&D members and other internal

department for the proper and timely execution of the R&D Development.

* Conducts onsite inspection and coordination with the operations regarding the actual

production of R&D internal and client requested developments.
