Job Profile: Research Analyst
The profile is research based and the ' Research Analyst ' would be required to give ratings to the financial products and services offered by UK-based firms. This process enables the customers to make informed decisions regarding the quality and services being offered. To facilitate this, the analyst is required to rate the financial products/services offered by UK-based banks and financial institutions. Specific features of these offerings are rated, contingent to certain parameters that are made available through investigative documentsand web searches.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Gathering data for product ratings, including mystery shopping and analyzing terms and conditions documents.
Keeping up to date with market trends and developing methodologies.
Ensuring that the Insight Portal is kept up-to-date and accurate.
