About the Role

Join a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) in Greece focused on developing and operating power plants across Solar, Wind, and Biomass projects.
 We are seeking an experienced RES Development Engineer to manage the full project cycle, from Green Field concept through to Ready-to-Build status!
As a RES Development Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Lead Project Initiation and Acquisition, prospecting for new solar/wind projects, including site identification, securing land rights, and pursuing greenfield M&A opportunities
Manage the complete licensing process, ensuring compliance with Greek environmental policy
Conduct Feasibility and Design, analyzing and designing innovative RES projects, performing site assessments and feasibility studies, and developing technical specifications
Design system layouts and estimate performance using specialized computing and design tools (such as CAD, PV Case/PV Design, and GIS software)
