About The Job

As a Requirements Engineer, you take on a central role in analyzing, structuring, and documenting business requirements for complex IT systems in the insurance domain. You act as an interface between business and IT, ensuring that requirements are clear, complete, and actionable. You support projects from the early concept phase to implementation, significantly contributing to the quality and future viability of our systems.

What You Do

• Analyze, define, and document business and system requirements using established methods (IREB standards)
• Structure and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners, business units, and agile development teams
• Create use cases, user stories, process models, and business specifications
