SEBI & Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for SEBI reporting, ensuring all LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) are met with 100% accuracy.
Governance & Controllership: Oversee group-wide accounting policies, ensuring uniform application of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) across diverse business verticals.
