TARGET PROFILE: Commissioned Officers (Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary)
THE MANDATE: This is a High-Ownership, Execution-Heavy leadership role. You are effectively the "Commanding Officer" of a city cluster. Urban Company doesn't want "office-only" managers; they need leaders who will be on the ground, visiting training centers, meeting service partners, and troubleshooting supply-chain bottlenecks in real-time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End Business Ownership: Drive the supply, training, onboarding, and daily operations for your city cluster.
