About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will act as a liaison between customer and distributor. This incumbent oversees developing excellent relationships with customers, and potential customers, while continually seeking new business from them. This role is responsible for putting through orders and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every step of the process.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly. 
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close deals. Work with the outside sales team and management to ensure pricing and terms are within company guidelines. 
Take all relevant cost factors into consideration when developing quotes and ensure that quoted prices will provide the correct ROI.
