Representative, Client Experience (Loan Advisor)

We are seeking someone who can join our Client Experience (CX) team at a fast‑paced and quickly growing Financial Technology start‑up. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that every applicant has an unparalleled customer journey from start to finish. This person is very organized, timely, and possesses exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate empathy and attention to each client’s unique circumstances.

Previous experience in a sales or client experience role is required. A background in financial sales, loans, or bankruptcy is a strong asset.
