Main Responsibilities

Develop QA process tracking tools, create management reports, and analyze performance/manpower data on a monthly basis.

Coordinate across teams using strong analytical and people skills to solve challenges in medical billing workflows.

Assist with other data-related tasks, maintaining accuracy for financial and operational insights.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (written/oral), proficiency in online tools/portals, and teamwork ability; analytical mindset essential for healthcare metrics.
