About the Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to support data reporting and performance tracking in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in reporting and is comfortable working onsite during night shift operations.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2nd year in college with no back subjects
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Reporting Analyst in a BPO setting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Willing to work fully onsite
- Amenable to night shift schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reports
- Support operations and management with performance insights
- Assist in data validation and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to address reporting requirements
