Reporting and Analysis Lead

About the Opportunity

• Lead and support a small accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial processes.
• Monitor month‑end close and escape delays or issues.
• Review and post accounting entries, reconciliations, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany transfers, including complex accounts.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, audit schedules, and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Coordinate external audits, respond to auditor requests, and review required documentation.
• Analyze and resolve financial system discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Maintain accounting templates, procedures, controls, and process improvements.
• Support staff and volunteers with finance‑related inquiries and guidance.
