YOUR ROLE
A Level 1 Reporting Analyst is an entry-level professional responsible for collecting, validating, and preparing routine operational and performance reports to support business and technical teams. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, generating standard reports, and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with defined processes and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Level 1 Reporting Analysts work with predefined templates and reporting tools to transform raw data into clear, structured reports. They play a key role in supporting decision-making by ensuring consistent data tracking, basic analysis, and proper documentation, while escalating data discrepancies or system issues to senior analysts when required.
