Report Developer – ServiceNow Asset Management & CMDB

Client & Contract

Client: Big Five Bank

Length of Contract: 6 months, possibility to extend

Working Location: Hybrid, 1 day a week, downtown Toronto

Rate: $45-55/Hr (T4)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain operational and executive reporting related to ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB, and IT infrastructure data.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights into asset lifecycle, inventory, compliance, software and hardware trends, and CMDB health.
• Translate complex technical data into user-friendly visualizations and reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize Alteryx workflows for data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and automation.
