The Repair Technician is responsible for testing, inspecting, and performing repairs on a wide range of multi-vendor ultrasound probes meeting high-quality standards. This role involves accurately booking incoming probes into the electronic system, managing workflow through priority test queues, and updating product testing information in Salesforce. The technician will also assist with cosmetic repairs, ensuring all probes are returned to a high-quality, professional finish. Attention to detail, technical aptitude, and strong organizational skills are essential to maintain efficiency and uphold company commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. HOURS: 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch) 35 hours a week
