Key Responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership - Oversee the daily workflow ensuring maximum throughput and quality control.
- Team Management - Recruit, mentor and develop the skills of existing and new team members.
- Financial Oversight - Manage the shop P&L and budget while optimising labour and material costs.
- Customer Experience - Maintain an already high CSI (Customer Service Index) by providing transparent communication to our customers.
