MaxSys is currently recruiting for a Commercial Renovation Labourer to be part of our clients dynamic team committed to excellence- located in the Saint John area.Pay rate:$19-25/h based on experience + 4% vacation pay, paid weekly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Restore and renovate various structures and spaces according to project specifications Utilize power tools and equipment to complete renovation tasks Perform concrete forming and finishing for construction projects Carpentry work including framing, installing doors, windows, and trim Plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures and repairing plumbing systems Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide renovati...
