This role focuses on transactional renewal execution, operational accuracy, and process adherence, supporting Blue Yonder's continued investment in renewal automation and scalable delivery models. Renewal Support Specialists will manage maintenance renewals and select low-complexity SaaS renewals, ensuring timely execution, clean system data, and compliance with Blue Yonder standards. As automation capabilities expand, this role will increasingly support queue-based renewal workflows, including amendments and exception handling that require manual intervention.
