About the Team


This role sits within our Japan Sales team. Our wider APJ Sales organisation serves as a strategic partner for our customers, helping them achieve a more secure digital future. By working closely with our customers, internal teams, channel partners, and external stakeholders our Renewals team ensure seamless contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
