Company Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a confidential client in the telecommunications infrastructure space (network operations, service assurance, and enterprise connectivity). The environment supports distributed sites using a mix of terrestrial carrier circuits and satellite backhaul, including low earth orbit satellite connectivity in some deployments, so operational discipline and clean escalation workflows matter.

To maintain privacy, company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process. Familiarity with Tier 1 carrier processes (e.g., carrier grade circuit provisioning, trouble ticketing, and escalation workflows) is a plus, but not required.
