What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide Agile development teams in adopting and refining Scrum practices
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are purposeful and time-boxed
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive discussions and improvement initiatives
