About the Role
BIG Language Solutions is hiring a QA Analyst to monitor and evaluate interpreter performance across various channels. This role focuses on auditing evaluations, delivering structured coaching, and maintaining high compliance standards. Candidates must have bilingual fluency and at least 2 years in quality assurance, or 4 years as a VRI/OPI interpreter. Experience with AI QA tools and strong analytical skills are preferred. This position is remote but aligned with PST working hours.
