Role Responsibilities
- Provide remote operational support for client network environments across Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Palo Alto
- Support and improve managed services platforms and internal tooling
- Administer and integrate MSP systems including RMM, ticketing, monitoring, and backup platforms
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and operational standards
- Collaborate closely with our leadership team on workflow improvement, automation, and platform uplift
- Represent Full Spectrum Networks when interacting with internal stakeholders and clients
