As we scale regionally, we are expanding our remote team with a driven and polished Lead Qualification & Appointment Executive who will play a critical role in growing our client pipeline.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be the
first point of contact
for all new inquiries across WhatsApp, website, Instagram, calls, and email. Your mission is to:

1. Respond promptly
   to every new inquiry with luxury-level communication.
2. Qualify prospects
   using our internal profiling criteria (budget, timeline, preferences, gown type).
3. Convert qualified leads
   into confirmed in-boutique bridal appointments.
