About the Role
Sutherland Global is looking for a motivated Junior Full-Stack Java Developer to join their remote engineering team based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves developing and maintaining enterprise applications to support contact center operations using Java Spring Boot, along with troubleshooting and providing Level 3 support. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development, a strong foundation in microservices architecture, and proficiency in front-end technologies such as Vaadin and Bootstrap. Excellent communication skills in English are also required.
