Role Summary
We're looking for a client-facing Remote IT Support Specialist who communicates clearly in English, solves problems end‑to‑end, and represents IT with empathy and professionalism. You'll be the first point of contact across voice, chat, email, and collaboration tools, diagnosing issues, guiding users, and coordinating with engineering teams. This role offers structured opportunities to upskill in Cloud services and practical AI tools.
What You'll Do
Delight users at first contact: Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve L1–L2 incidents across endpoints, identity/access, collaboration tools, and connectivity—escalating only when needed and owning the outcome.
Communicate with impact: Craft clear, user‑ready responses and set expectations (ETAs, next steps). Translate technical details into simple language for non‑technical audiences.
