About SMB Edge
SMB Edge is the shared services team of Shareholder Ventures, a leading investor in entrepreneurs who buy profitable small businesses (SMBs) in the US. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs by providing them with robust financial strategies and operational support.
Instead of starting businesses from scratch, our entrepreneurs acquire stable companies backed by US government loans, typically generating between $1M and $2M USD in annual profits (EBITDA). Our fully remote, Colombia-based team plays a critical role by delivering essential financial planning, analysis, and back-office solutions, enabling these entrepreneurs to focus on growth and operations.
