Responsibilities:
Average day:
•Answering calls from patients and offering assistance
•Collaborate with the patient, insurer and physician regarding the documentation necessary for maximal reimbursement coverage, including the investigation of all public and private insurers and supporting employer escalations as required
•Responding to emails or digital faxes and directing them to the right department
•Work hand in hand with dedicated case managers
•Speaking with patients and answering questions on their case or directing them to the case manager
•Navigating through different systems
Qualifications :
•1 year or more of experience in a call center customer service role
•Experience in MS Office Suite and CRM
•Experience documenting with a high level of accuracy
•Must be able to work from home
