About the Role

A leading facilities management company is seeking a Chef Manager to oversee kitchen operations at a remote camp. The Chef Manager will ensure high standards in food service, manage kitchen staff, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates must have a Culinary Red Seal Certification and at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef. This position offers a rotation schedule of 16 days on and 12 days off, with a competitive salary between CAD 85,000 and CAD 90,000.
