Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Architectural Drafter & 3D Modeler
 to support architectural and design projects through high-quality drafting, modeling, and visualization work. This role is responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, developing 3D models and renderings, and ensuring design compliance with applicable zoning codes and industry standards. The ideal professional demonstrates strong technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Photoshop, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is capable of working independently while meeting deadlines. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
