About the Role
Agilent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Vice President for APAC Customer Service & Support located in Singapore. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our field service operations across a variety of markets within the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in customer service operations and will demonstrate a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives, revenue growth while building customer loyalty. This position also offers a hybrid working option, balancing in-office and remote work.
