Job Description

We are hiring a mid-to-senior level AI Engineer to design and build custom internal tools, automation systems, and AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on developing production‑grade software solutions — including internal applications, backend services, integrated systems, and AI pipelines. You will translate ambiguous operational challenges into structured, scalable systems that replace manual processes with reliable automation.

We are not looking for a no‑code automation operator. We are looking for someone who can architect, code, ship, and maintain real systems. As a technical generalist, you will own initiatives end‑to‑end — from problem definition and system design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
