Job description:
Drive business growth, manage strategic partner relationships, and ensure operational excellence for the Bank’s remittance business in Singapore.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Partner Acquisition:Identify, evaluate, and onboard new remittance partners, agents, and tie-ups.
- Growth & Profitability:Execute marketing strategies to expand remittance volumes and regularly review partner accounts to meet P&L and revenue targets.
- Cross-Selling:Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services to existing local partners.
- Market Alignment:Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and margins to optimize the bank’s product/service mix.
