Settlement Analytics : Review settlement cases as per settlement policy, prepare summary report of recoverable amounts in settlement cases as per system and court decision calculations, prepare brief note on settlement case for getting approval of the competent authority. Discuss settlement cases with competent authority regarding settlement offer of the customer.

Give instructions to the regions for re-negotiating with the customer to increase the offer where it seems not viable for settlement.

Maintain log of settled cases, send approved settlement cases to the regions, share monthly MIS of Business approved settled cases with the Risk Management.
