Agropur is looking for a reliability and maintenance expert to join its team in St-Laurent.
In collaboration with the maintenance team, the reliability and maintenance expert is responsible for advancing the site's maturity in maintenance and reliability. They focus on improving equipment reliability by analyzing failing equipment and site practices. They are responsible for evaluating the quality, robustness, and capacity of asset reliability processes. They report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding equipment reliability, availability, and robustness. Their main role is to participate in the site's evolution towards proactive maintenance.
