Reliability Lab Technician

Experience in reliability laboratory operations, equipment calibration management, or IPC-A-610 standards will be an added advantage.

Perform reliability testing in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.

Manage and monitor equipment calibration activities based on the established schedule.

Issue equipment stop-use notifications to relevant departments when calibration failures occur and follow up until calibration compliance is achieved.

Promptly report any abnormalities or equipment issues to the responsible engineer.

Maintain reliability testing equipment in accordance with documented procedures and update engineers on equipment status in a timely manner.

Support engineers in training and onboarding new employees.

Prepare data charts, graphs, and input data into systems for analysis when required.

Generate routine QA reports using quality data extracted from internal systems.
