About the Role
Drive improvements in manufacturing as a Reliability Engineer specializing in LEAN practices. Collaborate on projects enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will report to the Reliability Manager and focus on developing equipment and processes. Your tasks will include leading manufacturing projects, validating current processes, and overseeing new equipment commissioning. You’ll apply Six Sigma methodologies to optimize plant operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead projects to improve manufacturing processes
• Validate existing and new processes with the Reliability team
• Participate in equipment redesign and commissioning
• Utilize Six Sigma for ongoing improvements
• Conduct health and safety reviews for equipment changes
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related diploma
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in food manufacturing
