About the Role

The Role The Reliability Engineer is responsible for designing, leading, and executing the plant’s asset reliability strategy throughout the entire lifecycle of equipment. This role focuses on advanced failure analysis, risk evaluation, and data‑driven maintenance optimization to ensure a preventive, high‑performance, and cost‑efficient operation. The position identifies and eliminates recurring failures, improves asset availability, and reduces total lifecycle cost (LCC) by integrating reliability principles into maintenance, operations, and engineering processes. What You’ll Do Lead and document Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for chronic failures and high‑impact events, ensuring permanent elimination of recurrence.
