Reliability Engineer

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify reliability issues and recommend improvements.
• Prepare diagrams, reports, calculations, and technical documentation to support reliability findings.
• Investigate equipment failures and determine cost‑effective reliability solutions to minimize downtime.
• Execute reliability tools such as root cause analysis, hazard analysis, and failure mode assessments.
• Drive preventive maintenance optimization, equipment modifications, and maintenance standards development.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode, Kaizen and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify underlying causes of failures and prevent their recurrence.
