Reliability Engineer

Our client is a market leading manufacturer. To maintain their high standards, they are looking to recruit a day shift Reliability Engineer.

The Role

• Will optimise asset and equipment reliability by developing and using proactive maintenance preventative and predictive strategies to minimise downtime and reduce costs.
• Use data to perform root cause analysis and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Utilise Reliability Engineering tools such as CMMS, Reliability Centred Maintenance, Risk Based Inspections, Root Cause Analysis, PM Plan optimisation, equipment history analysis, failure predictions, predictive maintenance techniques and other to maximise equipment reliability.
• Collect, process and analyse plant performance and reliability data, including failure modes and effects analysis.
