About the Role

As
Release Manager Lead
, you will own the complete Release Management process for infrastructure projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute releases with 100% success. You will report directly to the
Service Management Lead
.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Release Management for infrastructure projects
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across multiple stakeholders
• Manage and maintain the Release Calendar
• Identify release risks and define mitigation plans
• Track, manage, and resolve release-related issues
• Provide clear reporting on release progress and outcomes
• Handle escalations to ensure zero back-outs

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in
  Release Management for infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in the
  banking / BFSI domain
