Release Manager

About the Role
As Release Manager Lead, you will own the complete Release Management process for infrastructure projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute releases with 100% success. You will report directly to the Service Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Release Management for infrastructure projects
Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across multiple stakeholders
Manage and maintain the Release Calendar
Identify release risks and define mitigation plans
Track, manage, and resolve release-related issues
Provide clear reporting on release progress and outcomes
Handle escalations to ensure zero back-outs
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Release Management for infrastructure projects
Proven experience in the banking / BFSI domain
Hands-on experience managing Release Calendars
Strong experience in release planning, scheduling, and coordination
