Job Mandate
The Relationship Manager (RM) is primarily responsible for the overall relationship of the Bank with existing customers and the development of prospective relationships. Serving as the official representative of the Bank and working closely with various bank units, the Relationship Manager builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase in revenues.
Qualifications:
College Graduate, preferably Business course
Sufficient and commensurate Account Management experience
Experience in acquiring and managing a loan portfolio of borrowing accounts; credit and financial evaluation and credit packaging
Good credit evaluation and analytical skills; Can formulate account plans and strategies; Computer literate; Above-average verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal, time management, and negotiation skills; Can work well under pressure
