Relationship Manager SME - MMBL is a key position in Mobilink Bank responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized business clients. The role aims to understand the financial needs of SME clients and offer tailored banking solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and evaluate SME business activities (Housing & School Finance, Commercial vehicle and SME).
• Lead the branch to achieve profitability targets and drive sales of SME products while adhering to MMBL policies and SBP regulations.
• Implement sales plans based on market assessment and potential.
• Develop the relationship strategy for the assigned branch/area with focus on verification, loan disbursement, collection and cross-sell.
• Manage SME portfolio of the branch and help achieve targets through timely sales, verification and collection.
