Relationship Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will manage and deepen relationships with large corporate clients, drive loan and balance sheet growth, ensure strong asset quality, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver holistic banking solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening client loyalty, supporting business expansion, and maintaining the overall health of the corporate portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage & service existing relationships for the assigned corporate loan portfolio.
• Increase depth of relationship and manage customer's needs to achieve an acceptable level of RAROC in line with agreed business plan.
• Develop and acquire new relationships to grow Group Corporate Banking's balance sheet and P&L.
• Timely periodic review of the assigned portfolio to preserve loan quality.
