About the Role
JOB OBJECTIVE
Develop, manage and grow lending relationships in the corporate segment driven through quality service and applied management. To ensure that all transaction processing is in compliance with regulatory and PBICLs policies, procedures and standards with prompt intervention to resolve problems/ concern areas. Interacting with existing / potential customers for providing leads for the additional business.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively manage the onboarding process of corporate clients under the supervision of the assigned Team Leader.
- Supervise Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) in handling day-to-day coordination with the Credit Administration Department, legal counsel, and clients.
- Prepare credit proposals and conduct credit reviews in accordance with internal policies.
